Application

Introductory Call
Once we've received your application and we feel your experience and skill set could be a potential match, we'll schedule a Zoom call to learn a bit more about your background and experience.
We'll also provide you with some additional information about Scurri, the relevant team and the vacancy itself. You'll also have the opportunity to ask any questions about the company, role and process.
If we don't think you're a fit at this stage, we'll let you know promptly by email or phone.

- Stage 4
First Interview
You'll be invited to attend either an in-person or Zoom interview depending upon your location and/or availability of participants.
This will take the form of a traditional, biographical and competency based session with the Hiring Manager and another relevant member of the Scurri team.
Interviews are typically scheduled for one hour during which time you'll be able to ask questions relating the organisation and the role itself.
We will communicate the outcome of this assessment as quickly as possible by phone.

- Stage 5
Second Interview
After a successful first round, we'll invite you to the second interview stage.
This assessment is primarily focused on cultural fit, communication style and speed of thought. You'll typically meet two established members of the wider Scurri team and there will be an opportunity to ask questions of them.
This session is scheduled for one hour and may be in person or remote.
We'll provide feedback to you as promptly as possible.

- Stage 6
Offer
If you've been successful in the selection process, we'll move as swiftly as possible to the offer stage.
We'll initially extend a verbal offer followed swiftly by a 'Letter of Offer' and an unsigned copy of our 'Contract of Employment' outlining all the relevant terms and conditions as well as a planned start date.
Upon acceptance, we will seek contact details for two work related references.

Reference Check
Our offer of employment is conditional upon securing two satisfactory work related references.
We will be focused on recent, relevant and current employers.

Hired
Once satisfactory references have been secured, we will immediately issue a signed copy of the Contract of Employment for your review, signature and return.
We'll begin a process of Onboarding at a suitable time ahead of your start date and look forward to you joining the Scurri team!
